Data Deletion Instructions

Use this public URL in your Meta app settings for data deletion instructions.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@serves.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name, business name, admin email, and the WhatsApp Business Account or phone number you want removed.
  3. We will verify authority to act for the business before deleting account records.
  4. We will delete or anonymize eligible data and confirm completion by email.

What can be deleted

Business profile records, Facebook Login identifiers, onboarding records, stored tokens, WABA and phone-number mappings, template metadata stored by WAchat, support records, and message logs not required for security, billing, dispute, or legal retention.

Expected timeline

We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a legal exception applies.

Facebook Login data deletion callback alternative

If you implement a server callback, configure your Meta app to call your backend endpoint and return a confirmation code and status URL. Until that endpoint is live, this instructions page can be used as the public deletion URL.
