1. Services
WAchat provides software tools for WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding, template management, message sending, webhooks, analytics, and support operations.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must comply with applicable laws, Meta terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging policies, consent requirements, template rules, and data protection obligations. Customers are responsible for message content, recipient consent, opt-out handling, and account authorization.
3. Acceptable use
Customers may not use WAchat for spam, fraud, unlawful activity, deceptive messages, prohibited goods or services, harassment, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass platform limits or security controls.
4. Third-party platforms
WAchat depends on Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform APIs. Availability, policies, permissions, pricing, and review outcomes are controlled by those platforms and may change.
5. Suspension
We may suspend access if use creates security risk, violates policy, causes platform enforcement risk, or harms WAchat, Meta, WhatsApp users, or third parties.
